Our Canary Yellow Oyster mushrooms sold in pieces (flowers) by the pound and 3 lb box.  The yellow oyster is delicate and sweet.  Great sauteed or roasted, cooked in an omelet, stir fry, soup and risotto.  A lovely mushroom to combine with other mushrooms such as shiitake and crimini for a delicious soup mixture.
