I love this mushroom cookbook.  It goes through all the mushroosm with full descriptions including how to prepare them.  The pictures are magnificent and the recipes delicious.  Includes the mushroos we grow like Pom Pom, Royal trumpet, Maitake and so many more.  This book makes a wonderful gift for anyone that enjoys mushrooms.
