Our own Phillips dried Maitake mushrooms.   They can be substituted for fresh mushrooms in most recipes- 1oz. dried mushrooms are approximately equivalent to 8 oz. fresh mushrooms.  Maitake mushrooms are full of nutrition, health benefits, and flavor.  A great dried mushroom to have in the pantry especially now with exotic mushrooms hard to find in the store.  Delicious mushrooms used in soups, sauces, and casseroles.
